Harvesting farming crops doesn't give xp

When harvesting the farming crops the RPG skills experience for farming doesn't increase. Farming crops should be treated as normal crops and grant normal levels of experience.

Install a world with FARMING and RPG Skills, and try to harvest farming crops to reproduce.
