Work and play
Our culture is simple: we enjoy our work, but we enjoy life first. We want you to have a healthy work-life balance, which means the work week is 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 3 pm Friday.
We also have an unlimited holiday policy, with a minimum of 36 days off a year. That means you must take 36 days of paid holiday every year, but you can take more, and all of it’s paid! Our rules are pretty simple: if the work gets done, we’re happy.
